The Region

Two Regions, Two Different Wells.

Valley wells and coast wells behave differently. We work both, every week.

Valley Wells: Iron, Hardness & Depth

Across the Mid-Willamette Valley, wells commonly deal with iron staining, hard water, and sediment — and depth varies a lot by property. We size pumps and treatment to the well you actually have, not a generic spec.

Coast Wells: Low Yield Is Normal Here

Central Oregon coast wells behave differently. Many draw from low-permeability rock and produce under 5 gallons per minute — low yield is normal, and the right fix is often a storage system or scheduled water delivery, not a bigger pump fighting a slow well. We know these wells, from Lincoln City to Yachats.

FAQ

Questions about coverage.

Do you serve my address?+
Yes — Aqua Pro serves the Mid-Willamette Valley and Central Oregon Coast, covering Linn, Benton, Marion, Polk, and Lincoln counties, including the towns listed above and the rural areas between them. If you don't see your town, call us at (541) 401-1357 and we'll confirm coverage for your address.
How far out do you go?+
From our Albany base, Aqua Pro routinely covers Jefferson and Stayton in the north, Lebanon and Philomath in the south, and west across the Coast Range to Newport, Lincoln City, Waldport, and Yachats. Rural addresses and unincorporated areas are no problem — that's most of what we do.
Is service the same on the coast as in the valley?+
Yes — same crew, same upfront pricing, same premium parts on the coast as in the valley. Coastal wells tend to be shallower with different water chemistry and lower yield, but Aqua Pro's diagnostic process is identical. We work both regions every week.
Are you licensed and insured in Oregon?+
Yes. Aqua Pro Pump Service is licensed, bonded, and insured in Oregon under CCB# 206120. We're a family-owned business — two generations of well work across this region — so you're protected and dealing directly with the family on every job.
Do you handle rural and unincorporated properties?+
Yes — rural and unincorporated properties are most of what Aqua Pro does. Many of our customers are on private wells outside city limits. Long gravel driveways and remote properties are routine for us, across all five counties we serve in the Valley and on the Coast.
Can you come the same day?+
Often, yes. Aqua Pro treats a no-water call as the emergency it is and aims to be on-site the same day, Monday through Saturday. Call as early as possible at (541) 401-1357 and describe what's happening — we'll tell you what's realistic for your location.
