Well Pump & Water Service Across the Central Oregon Coast

We serve well owners up and down the central coast — Depoe Bay, Lincoln City, Newport, Toledo, Waldport, and Yachats. Coastal wells behave differently than valley wells, and we know them: low yields, storage needs, and salt-air wear. Same-day emergency response, and our trucks deliver water when a well can't keep up.

The Coast

Why Coast Wells Are Different

Along the central Oregon coast, most wells draw from low-permeability rock that yields small quantities — many coastal wells produce under 5 gallons per minute, and some formations produce no usable groundwater at all. The most productive wells tap marine-terrace sand or the Siletz River Volcanics.

What this means for you: low yield is normal here, and the right answer is often a storage system or scheduled water delivery, not a bigger pump fighting a slow well.

Often <5 GPM

Low-permeability rock means low yield is the norm.

Salt-air wear

Coastal conditions are hard on pumps and controls.

Storage > bigger pump

Let a slow well fill steadily; deliver full pressure.

What We Do On The Coast

Coast-Ready Services, From Pump to Pressure.

The full system, sized to coastal wells — same crew, same firm itemized quote.

Pump Repair & Replacement

Sized for low-yield coastal wells — diagnose, repair, or replace with the right pump for what your well actually produces.

Storage & Holding Tanks

Let a slow well fill steadily and still deliver strong household pressure — the right answer for most coast wells.

Bulk Water Delivery

When a well can't keep up in summer, our trucks reach the central coast for cistern and tank fills.

I had a deep well pump failure and they made me a priority — out to assess within an hour, and a new pump, pipes, and controller installed by the next day.

FAQ

Coast well questions, answered.

Do you really serve the coast from Albany?+
Yes — the central coast is core to our business; you get the same team and same-day response from Depoe Bay to Yachats.
My coastal well barely keeps up — is that normal?+
Yes; many coast wells are naturally low-yield. The fix is usually a storage system or scheduled delivery, and we'll size the right solution.
Can you deliver water to a coast property?+
Yes — our trucks reach the central coast for cistern and tank fills, same day when a well's run dry.
Do you handle Oregon's required well testing for a coast home sale?+
Yes — arsenic, nitrate, and total coliform under ORS 448.271, plus FHA/VA flow tests, with written reports.
