"I had a deep well pump failure and they made me a priority — out to assess within an hour, and a new pump, pipes, and controller installed by the next day."

"On time for every appointment, finished faster than expected, and credited me for parts they didn't use. We were only without water about 5 hours while they replaced our pump and pressure tank."
Brian E. · Verified Google review
"Got estimates from three companies — Aqua Pro's was the most detailed and professional. Shayne has decades of experience and clearly knows his stuff. Highest-quality equipment, and a team that's professional and competent."

How it works

From your first call to water flowing again — usually the same day.

Four steps. One family team, start to finish.

Firm, itemized quote — explained before any work starts.

  1. Step 1: Call us

Tell us what's happening. We'll often tell you what it likely is before we roll a truck.

  2. Step 2: On-site diagnosis

We find the actual problem — no guessing, no replacing parts that aren't broken.

  3. Step 3: Upfront, itemized quote

You approve a firm, itemized price before any work starts. No surprise charges, ever.

  4. Step 4: Fixed, often same day

Most jobs are done in one visit — the truck carries what wells need.

Not sure what you need? Tell us what’s going on and we’ll text back with next steps and a firm quote.

Real Estate

Selling or Buying a Home With a Well?

Yes — Oregon law requires well testing. Under the Domestic Well Testing Act (ORS 448.271), the seller must have the well tested for arsenic, nitrate, and total coliform bacteria as soon as an offer is accepted. The test can't be waived, and results go to the buyer and the Oregon Health Authority within 90 days.

Buying with an FHA or VA loan? Your lender will also require a well flow test before closing. We handle both — fast scheduling, proper sample collection, and written reports ready for your file.

Agents, title companies, and escrow officers: we keep closings on schedule with quick scheduling, clear written reports, and a direct line to our team — not a call center.

CLOSING SOON?

Keep your closing on track.

We handle the full Oregon testing requirement — arsenic, nitrate, coliform, and the lender-required flow test — with written reports ready for your lender and title company.

Same-day scheduling for most transactions.

About Aqua Pro Pump Service

A Family Business, Two Generations Deep

Aqua Pro Pump Service is a family business, run by Shayne & Carie Tribble in the Mid-Willamette Valley — and now their kids work the trucks alongside them.

Two generations of the same family have spent their working lives on rural Oregon wells — residential, agricultural, and irrigation. The work is hands-on, the equipment is premium, and the relationships are long.

When you call, you reach the family. When we show up, we own the job from diagnosis to clean-up — with a firm, itemized quote and no surprise charges.

FAQ

Well pump questions, answered.

Straight answers from two generations on Oregon wells — emergencies, pricing, real estate, and what to expect on-site.

How do I know if my well pump needs replacing?+
Common signs are no water at all, sputtering faucets, sharp pressure drops, or a pump that runs constantly. On-site we test pressure, draw, amp draw, and tank precharge so you get a real diagnosis — not a guess.
How fast can you respond to an emergency?+
Same-day emergency response, Monday–Saturday across the Willamette Valley and Oregon Coast. When you call you reach our team directly — not a call center — and we move the schedule around to get to true no-water calls that day whenever possible.
How does pricing work for a well pump replacement?+
Every job gets a custom quote — firm, itemized, and explained before any work begins. No surprise charges, ever. Cost depends on well depth, pump size, pressure tank condition, and wiring; emergency and weekend work and deeper wells generally cost more. We use premium parts that cost a little more up front and meaningfully less over the life of the system.
Do you work on irrigation wells?+
Yes — residential, agricultural, and irrigation wells. A large share of our work is on rural systems across Linn, Benton, Marion, Polk, and Lincoln counties.
Do you do well inspections for real estate transactions?+
Yes — we handle the full Oregon ORS 448.271 testing (arsenic, nitrate, total coliform) plus the FHA/VA flow test, with written reports ready for your lender and title company.
What areas do you serve?+
The Mid-Willamette Valley and the Central Oregon Coast — based in Albany, serving Linn, Benton, Marion, Polk, and Lincoln counties. Call and we'll confirm coverage for your address.
